Sophia Longo First Friday Recital

"Sophia Longo, Arno Jones, and The State Theater are thrilled to present "Summer Nights". This family friendly recital includes classical, musical theater, and jazz favorites from Mozart to The Little Mermaid all at the the beautiful State Theater in downtown Springfield, OH. This historic venue has long been a cultural staple for the community and beyond; recent renovations have revitalized the space into an exciting site for events and concerts.

Sophia Longo and Arno Jones will collaborate on an innovative set list featuring many styles to please the entire audience and introduce them to something new. Soprano, Sophia Longo is native to Columbus, OH with deep family connections to the Springfield community. She is a graduate of Ohio State University and has traveled the world training and performing opera.
